Next week, James Burch (DMA ’16) appears as a fellow at the Bang on a Can Summer Music Festival. Running July 11-31, the Bang on a Can Summer Music Festival at MASS MoCA (the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art) is a musical utopia for innovative musicians in the beautiful Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. The festival is dedicated entirely to adventurous contemporary music. James will work with John Luther Adams as well as Julia Wolfe, David Lang, and Michael Gordon.
